Investigation on Fluid-Induced Vibration for Fluid Machine and Fault Diagnosis

In this presentation, Professor Hongkun Li (Dalian University of Technology, major in Mechanical Electronics) will give his research on fluid induced vibration for fluid machine, especially for blade vibration. Several different possible reasons leading to blade fatigue will be analyzed. Different monitoring methods together with computational fluid dynamics analysis are investigated. Signal processing technologies are also investigated based on monitoring. Centrifugal compressor and nuclear pump are used as examples to demonstrate the investigation.
