Acoustic imaging technique plays a role to visualize the 
acoustic field. A brief overview of the classic imaging techniques and its 
application, such as nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) for stationary and 
cyclostationary source, are prepared. Then, NAH for transient source is 
presented. A semi-free transient sound field is considered into NAH, in 
which the half-space interpolated time-domain equivalent source method 
(ITDESM) are presented for the purpose of modeling the transient sound 
propagation under different reflection conditions. That breakthrough the 
limitation of free-field application of conventional ITDESM.
